O Allah, have vast mercy upon my father, forgive him, pardon his sins, make his grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise, illuminate it for him, make what befell him a means of raising his ranks, and unite me with him in Your Paradise, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

And may everyone who says Ameen be rewarded as well.
